Liability Waiver Agreement

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment, including but not limited to bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and combo units, involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury to myself and/or my minor children.

I agree to supervise all participants at all times during the rental period. I understand that Royal Party Rentals provides setup and safety guidelines, and I agree to follow all posted rules and verbal instructions provided by the delivery crew.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Royal Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of rented equipment.

I confirm that all participants are in good health and have no medical conditions that would be aggravated by physical activity on inflatable equipment.

I have read and agree to the liability waiver above. I understand that I am signing on behalf of myself and any minor children participating in the use of rented equipment.
